Warping
We use state of the art sectional warping machine from Prashant Gamatex.
Special features of this machine include direct drive on both sides of the drum for optimum transmission efficiency and allow to beam at tensions as high as 4000Kgs. The creel is specially designed to feed different kinds of yarn such as spun, multifilament and monofilament yarns.
Weaving
We use specially reinforced Dornier weaving machines to allow us to make dense filter fabrics. We also use shuttle looms to provide a clean, uncut selvedge which is required in some applications. We have strategic partners where we use Sulzer weaving machines to make wider width fabrics as well.
Processing
We can provide the fabric scoured, heat-set and calendered. We also provide the option of having the fabric treated for water-repellency.
Testing
We have an in-house testing lab where we can test tensile strength, air-permeability, static charge, thickness, EPI and PPI. We also provide other test results from certified labs that test as per IS, ASTM, BS, ISO, AATCC, EN ISO, 16 CFR, EDANA and INDA.
